New home for a young creative practice.
The project had to be completed in 10 days and within a very tight budget so makes the most of the space’s industrial features while adding a few effective elements.
Good proportion, clarity and openness were the main goals – although a number of different functions are packed into the 92 sqm space including 2 open plan offices, WC/shower/changing/cleaners cupboard, kitchenette, meeting room and library as well as plenty of storage.
Robust, everyday materials create an elegant and calm interior. It is a flexible environment, able to accommodate the practice’s development including a separate space at the back of the unit.
