Mixed-use Urban Block, Seychelles Feasibility

Feasibility study for a 10,000 sqm mixed use office and retail scheme in Victoria and 6,500 sqm car park building.

A prominent and significance building in the heart of the capital envisaged as a sophisticated, modern and world class mixed-use facility.

Components and fragments of Creole architecture in the scheme are brought together composing a fresh but recognisable new identity which is entirely Seychellois.

The design completes and clarifies the original cluster of ad hoc additions into an entire single complex. It is a sustainable and cost effective building with a large office component and greater efficiency in the structure, core arrangement, access, car parking.

One of the main aspects of the design is creating an active building at all times of the day as well as the night to bring life to this part of town. This will be a great amenity for local people as well as a big draw and asset for tourism.
