Mohammed Ageli

Principal Archictect

Founded by Mohammed Ageli in 2012, Studio Ageli builds on his twelve years of experience delivering award-winning and high profile projects to the highest professional standards. To date, the award-winning practice is completing or has realised over 60 projects of varying scales and has delivered many more feasibility studies, concept designs and other projects pre-construction across the UK and abroad including several in the Seychelles; spanning commercial, residential, leisure and mixed use.

Mohammed’s past projects in previous practices include high-specification residential projects in Kensington and St John’s Wood, mixed-use and commercial schemes in St James’s Square and Soho, a master plan for a Cambridgeshire institution and retail schemes for Selfridges & Co. Award-winning projects with these practices prior to Studio Ageli include St Martin in the Fields, The Holburne Museum of Art in Bath and 50 New Bond street.

With 13 years of experience as practice principal and almost 20 years experience as a Project Architect and as a visiting critic at a number of architecture schools prior to that, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every project.

Mahmoud Ageli

Principal Surveyor

An established and fully qualified Building Surveyor, Mahmoud Ageli set up Studio Ageli Surveying in 2014. He is thoroughly experienced in all building surveying services across all industry sectors and building types, in the UK and internationally.

Mahmoud has the singular ability to combine the traditional role of a surveyor with design skills and project management, adding real value from concept stage to delivery, ensuring that projects run smoothly and deliver above expectations.

Mahmoud brings a comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, planning legislation and health and safety requirements to all projects. His past projects include community centres as well as retail, residential, healthcare and commercial projects across the spectrum from new builds to grade II listed properties up to a value of £2 million.

Anna

Office Manager London

Anna began her career as a PA at TB Bennett in 2007, a busy Architecture and Interior Design practice with over 200 staff. She then moved into PR, representing prestigious interiors brands Zoffany, Sanderson and Morris & Co. More recently, she has honed her marketing skills with a qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has over 6 years experience running a business; encompassing everything from bookkeeping to HR and marketing to client relations.

Anna joined Studio Ageli in January 2015 and works across all aspects of the administration, marketing and finance for the practice.

Meesam

Architect

Meesam qualified as an architect while at Studio Ageli in 2023. He started with the practice in 2021 after completing his post graduate. He has interned and gained experience at residential focused practices, and has also taken part in live projects during his time in university.

As Project Architect, he steered the Grade II Brown Hart Gardens through a difficult and protracted planning process to a very sucessful and resounding approval. Meesam is active on a number of the practice’s projects and has been instrumental in helping to deliver Salusbury Road, Cantinetta, Mansell Road, Kenilworth Road, Seymour Place and numerous other projects.

Sara

Architect

Sara qualified as an architect while at Studio Ageli in 2022. She started with the practice in 2019 after spending some time working at Article 25 on humanitarian projects.

As a Project Architect, she is a wonderful lead with a keen eye for design and detail. Sara is active on a number of the practice’s projects and has been instrumental in helping to deliver Goods Way, Belgrade Road, Le Petit Beefbar, Salusbury Road, Cantinetta, Mansell Road and numerous other projects.

Sajda

Architectural Assistant

Sajda is Part 1 RIBA qualified. She started with the practice in 2019 after completing a degree at Cambridge University.

Sajda will assist and learn from senior architects at the practice, as she develops her skills to start taking a more leading role on projects under the tutelage and guidance of her senior colleagues. Sajda is active on a number of the practice’s projects and has been instrumental in helping to deliver Mansell Road and Seymour Place, as well as drawing and supporting other team members.

Dominic

Architectural Assistant

Dominic has been working with Studio Ageli since 2014. He has a keen interest in design and a passion for architecture. During his time with the practice he has gained experience in all RIBA stages.

Dominic’s architectural experience ranges from an exclusive private residence in the Indian Ocean to a large-scale planning application for Camphill, feasibility reports for mixed-use schemes, and the widely published Goods Way project in Kings Cross, amongst many other projects for the studio.

Stefania

Architectural Assistant

Stefania gained her qualification in Spain. She has worked with the practice since 2022.

Stefania is primarily supporting and helping to deliver projects, active in production of drawings.
