Studio Ageli won Build Architecture Awards ‘Best Completed Entertainment & Hospitality Venue in London’ for this project, which opened in March 2020. ‘Sweetwater’ is the speak-easy bar arranged over 2 storeys, which links into the Lafayette music venue at the lower level and the food court at the upper level.
